When I walk down the stairs I always look out the window to see if you’re there, I sometimes even open the door just to be sure because I always have this dream where you’re waiting on the step and when I open the door, you take me by the hand and lead to my room just to hold me closely for hours and hours. And I have this feeling that one day/night I’m gonna wake up, go down stairs and you’ll be sitting on the front step just waiting quietly…
